We have several different departments that require general office clerk assistance:Human Resources | Marketing | Operations | IT
Job Duties:
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to work with others and to perform varied duties including various functions of the Office
• Ability to deal in a fast paced environment, heavy phone interaction, data entry, preparing reports
• Able to successfully prioritize when faced with requests, demands and deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 6-months experience in an office setting, must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, attention to detail a must
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook a must
• Pleasing personality, tact, courtesy, reliability, and honesty
Hours: Flexible – 8:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight
