Westchester Children’s Museum
Westchester Children’s Museum is an interactive learning and play space for kids pre-k to middle school. Creative, energizing, unique STEAM programs and exhibits, wide open, sunny space, and a welcoming environment enable our kids to make connections with ideas and each other.
Park and Read
Join us for a captivating read-aloud program aimed at fostering a love for reading in young children on the Playland Boardwalk this summer.
The program features interactive storytelling presented in English and Spanish, including music, movement and wonderful children’s literature, for children ages 3 – 6 years old.
Pre-registration for Park and Read is encouraged, walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
Fridays: July 11, 18, 25, and Aug. 1, 8 and 15
11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Children must be accompanied by a guardian. Admission is free. Westchester County residency rules apply. Please show proof of registration at parking booths.
